Dyna-Glo 105-13002 Cooking Grate

I'm going to have to agree with everyone who has given these grates a poor review. I've had my grill for two years as well, and the grates are shot. I've been calling the phone numbers they've left on these comments and no one ever answers. I've left numerous messages with no call backs. Very disappointing. As much as I like the grill, I am sure that there will be other parts that need to be replaced sooner than usual, to the point where it's only worth replacing the whole grill. I'm afraid I won't be replacing it with another Dyna-Glo.

My Dyna-Glo is a reliable grill, except for the cheap grilling grids. Like everyone else's post, mine also rusted out (not solid stainless steel). The problem is the monopoly on replacing these grids. I could not find an alternative. So, I had to purchase another set of three. One of them was shipped crooked and offset by about ⅝ of an inch. Amazingly, it still fit and I didn't want to mess with getting a replacement as I figured that I would be purchasing another set of three very shortly after these rust out. Dyna-Glo...you can do better!

I ordered three of these grates to replace my old ones. Instead of the grates being perfectly rectangle, they are crooked like a parallelogram. Once you lay them down in the grill the won't fit in the channels. I could see if one was a little off. But all 3 were welded crooked. Horrible quality control.

Poor quality , weak welds, twisted, shorter than factory original, barely works, but better than buying new grill.

Grill grate was in pieces when delivered . Trash

I have three of these that came in my Dyna-glo grill I purchased off Amazon 2 years ago this month. They are not solid stainless (or solid steel). They're coated with stainless and flake off. After just 2 years mine are crumbling and useless. I have owned other stainless grills with true-stainless grates that never needed replacing. These are certainly not worth the $40 each they're asking. A 2-year old grill with a $120 repair for a single set full-replacement (Grill cost $360). If you buy these you'll be buying another set in no time.

I’ve only had my grill for 2 years and the grates are flaking and falling apart. I just looked at replacing them and they want 40.00 dollars for one crappy grate.I might as well bite the bullet and just upgrade my grill to a Weber.Do not buy Dyna-Glo!! These grates are not 100% Stainless steel, they just coated the stainless over some junk Chinese pot metal.

Mine also failed in 2 years and the grate parts separated and disintegrated. I would have given this 2 stars as very unsatisfactory, but only rated it 1 because of the ridiculous price for each unsatisfactory replacement. The thermometer failed the month I got it and the flavor bar tents are also disintegrated. This is my first and last Dyna-Glo.
