These Sof Sole insoles have made a huge difference in my runs. I used to deal with sore ankles after running, but ever since I started using these, that pain is gone. They give way better support than the insoles that came with my shoes.They also absorb shock really well—I can feel the difference, especially on longer runs or when I’m running on pavement. My podiatrist recommended I get this exact brand and style with the orange on the tops and they really help my feet. Easy to cut with a sharp scissors to fit. They stay in place. I've never worn insoles before. I am a believer in them now!I have bunions and no pad left and though the support seems to mostly be think in the heel area, they seem to be making my walking a lot more comfortable. Walked two miles in them and my feet didn't hurt and no nerve pain that starts usually in my left little toes at the end.

Good quality insoles
Probably some of the best insoles I’ve used. I’m on my feel all day and these are really comfortable. They last a long time too

Do not buy
These are very uncomfortable to walk in or do anything in. They aren’t that soft and make my feet start hurting after wearing them for too long. Maybe my foot is too big so that might be the issue which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, but overall the only thing I can compliment is its durability since it hasn’t seemed to fall apart.
