Damaged product
UPDATE: COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND SENT ME A NEW TARP. NO FUSS NO MUSS. THANK YOU!!!!!After assembling and putting the cover over the frame we realized it has a 4 inch tear in the fabric at the seam. Also, one of the ribbons on the corners for Tying off was missing as well as the straps to tie the cover to the frame on the inside was missing. I feel like I was sent a horrible lemon with no quality control checking performed before packaging. Because it's plastic, I am unsure if it will hold up to attempting to sew it together and I really don't want to use ugly duct tape to close up the hole. I would send back but the trouble of tearing it down and trying to repackage to return is more of hassle than I can muster at this point. I'll just take the loss at this point. Needless to say, Very Disappointed. :(

Great little green house until it wasnt
Easy to set up. Kept the orchids warm with 35 degree outside temp with a little heater. After about a month it started to have little tears where the ties are located. And along the door zipper. WouldNot recommend buying this product. Quite flimsy. Had to gorilla tape it up. Really cheap-o. NiceIdea tho.Update!! I contacted the company re. The tears and they sent me a new cover. Great customer service by Lynn!!

Wonderful!
It was easy to put up for this old woman (67). Just follow the directions. There was one metal “shelf” that didn’t fit anywhere so I put it on the ground inside the greenhouse.

Don't waste your money
I bought this greenhouse because it had the best reviews, despite being overpriced. Oh boy is it a PILE OF JUNK. My expectations were already low, but they managed to go lower. The packaging was taped shambles, there was empty plastic trash shoved into the box. Half of the connectors are missing, the other half are useless. The shelves don't fit. The instructions list a certain amount of each item needed, but the numbers are incorrect for assembly. The assembly instructions themselves suck and require parts that aren't listed in the contents. Aside from missing connectors this also didn't come with the rope or the right amount of shelves. After wasting 100 on this thing I still have to go to the store for assembly pieces. All around a colossal waste of time and money. I'd return but the box was already falling apart and the nightmare of time stamped return shipping isn't worth dealing with. Update: within less than a week one of the door zippers broke. Three days later the plastic around the door ripped completely open. UGH.

Overall, a great garden package, very reasonably priced with terrific customer support.
I got the Quictent Greenhouse (with Screen Door and Windows, 3 Tiers 6 Shelves 56"x56"x77") and set it up just in time to protect some plants and cuttings prior to a 4-day freeze. Along with the plants, I included in the greenhouse several 5-gallon buckets of water to act as a heat-sink. The plants did beautifully! Meanwhile, almost everything outside the greenhouse was toast after the freeze! The greenhouse was not difficult to assemble, but I was glad I had taken the time to sort the pieces and line them up prior to putting it together. I used ground staples (included) to pin the frame to the ground and bricks to weigh down the skirt of the cover. I also zip-tied (included) the shelves to the frame. The only problem I ran into was the failure of one of the door zippers. I temporarily used duct tape to keep the greenhouse closed while contacting the company. Kelly was magnificent and immediately sent a replacement cover by FedEx, keeping in touch with me and tracking it to make sure it got delivered. Thank you, Kelly, for resolving the issue! Great customer service!I am currently prepping seeds and looking forward to seeing how they do! There were even plant tags included in the bundle to label the plants. Overall, a great garden package and very reasonably priced!

3rd time’s a charm. Works well, but with stabilization and a few added items.
I ordered this, and I received a used one. The clear cover was dirty and had multiple rips and tears. I requested a replacement, which I received quickly, but unfortunately it was missing the longest poles. So I returned it as well, and ordered again, but ordered the Green one instead. This one arrive promptly and was new and contained all the parts. There were 3 small rips where the zipper connects, but it looks like the PE fabric slipped and didn’t get fully sewn to the zipper. I fixed them, sort of, and set it up. The windows on this are wonderful, especially the back window. A few tips if your going to use one of these types of greenhouses: 1. WEIGH IT DOWN. This thing will blow away in just 25mph winds. I placed the edge of a 36 pound cement block on the bottom horizontal pole, in each corner; and another 18 pound 1/2 cement block on the center pole on each side (under the shelving). A total of 180 pounds holding this thing down, along with the weight of all the plants, and it still leans. I placed the left side against a wall, so that helps a lot, but I’m guessing if it were out in the open, a heavy wind could easily bend and break these poles…they are like 20 gauge and hollow. 2. Place a small heater on the floor inside, or on top of a couple bricks. If chilly outside, this greenhouse will be the same cold temperature. So keep it heated. I use a small 3 element infrared heater sitting on a cement block. 3. If in a warm climate, place a box fan against the back window, facing outward. This will act as an exhaust fan. Heat rises, so placing the fan on the ground facing out the door would be easier, but does not serve the purpose well enough. I placed a narrow board in the back, from the left top shelf to the right top shelf. Then placed the box fan on the shelf, and attached a bungee cord from the left horizontal frame bar to the right horizontal frame bar, just behind the fan, to keep the fan from falling backwards. Open window and turn on fan on hot/sunny days. 4. On sunny days, this thing will heat up quickly…even if the outdoor temperature is cool. This is where the exhaust fan will come in. But it helps to place a shade cloth/tarp on part of the roof during the hight of the sunny day. 5. If growing seedlings, place a small table top, oscillating fan on one of the shelves and keep on low at all times. This helps adapt the new seedlings by providing the breeze of a normal environment. And the when the seedlings constantly feel a breeze, they will develop strong roots and stems, so they can support themselves during windy days. All in all, this is a decent greenhouse for starting seeds early, to get a jump on the growing season. AGAIN, WEIGH IT DOWN, STABILIZE IT WELL……IF YOU OVER DO IT and you won’t cuss later.

Greenhouse
Everything was in box and easily to assemble but clear cover has two tears in it. And only noticed when frame was built and secured to the concrete. Would appreciate a replacement cover. Updated. Contacted supplier regarding tear in cover and the were extremely helpful and responsive and supplied me with a replacement within a few days. Excellent service. That’s why I have given five stars.

Abdolute rubbish
so put up the greenhouse and within a couple of weeks the seams started to rip open. then almost every place where there had bern a fold in the plastic began to rip. We have used a whole roll of repair tape and still others appear. Contacted the company and they did not replace the outer shell but offered 50% off if i bought another one. Why would i want to buy the same again for it to rip. Do not buy
