I order a lot of dried peppers online.Guajillo peppers are my favorite because they bring a lot of flavor. The heat level brings a moderate kick to your cooking while allowing the flavor to be the star.I have ordered Guajillo peppers from Amazon for the last 10 to 12 years. This is by far the freshest and most flavorful brand I have encountered. The fragrance is incredible.If the quality continues, this will be my go to brand from now on.

I hold back on reviews, but this product at the time I purchased it was excellent. no denying it. dried to the optimum point to have the greatest taste, they're clean, most of the off the shelf chiles need a thorough cleaning. and very good flavor.

I bought these because we moved out of the south and I can't just buy them in the stores around here. These are really great, you get a lot for a good price but they're a little leathery as opposed to crunchy/crispy you normally see with other dried peppers which is a little odd. They're not as spicy as some of the brands I used to get. Still really good but wish the quality was a little higher!Really great deal if you don't mine the spice level being lower and need a lot

After separating and de-seeding the whole bag I found zero peppers that I needed to throw out. The freshness is top notch and paired with other peppers from the same company made an amazing Chilie de Colorado.
