I received the product. I clicked the “on” button and it shows “90”. Then I clicked the “start” button and there is not red light at all. Basically, the device turned off.Then I have charged it which must be over 4hours. The charger light is green and flashing red. It never turns pure green. Afterwards, I clicked the “on” button and it shows “90”. Then I clicked the “start” button and there is not red light at all again and “90” disappeared. Basically, the device turned off.I am so disappointed now by paying $346.5 including extra priority shipping fee. I thought would be product with good quality control.Can you send me a new one which is working for free? This one is not working. Or can you do the full refund? What can I do now?Thanks!

I was skeptical but wanted to give it a try since the meds take to long to work . I have used it twice a day and have great results for the 2 months I’ve used it . Money well spent . Only thing that could be better is the battery life between charges . I get 2 uses before charging so I just leave mine on the charger and it’s always ready to go . It works great for me !

This product not only didn’t work on the problem but it stopped charging and working completely after a couple of months. The company Luminance do not back up their products and help, there is no customer service or courtesy when their product doesn’t work or is defective. Out of pocket $350 complete waste of money and time!

Broke once I got it. It fell from the arm of my couch on the floor maybe 2 ft and the head attachment snapped off and broke
