Used this as a replacement of thermofoil cabinet doors in which the thermofoil was chipping off. Removed the thermofoil completely, sanded down the cabinet surface a bit to remove the leftover glue (mostly done to ensure a flat surface), dusted/cleaned off the surface, then used this product (as well as the d-c-fix application tool kit, which I would also recommend), and the finished product came out great. Uneven surfaces will definitely show a bit so it is important to try to apply this onto a smooth surface for best result. I had no issues with bubbling or creasing/folding of the paper, applied fairly well with the use of the application tools (ordered separately). Appears to be sticking well but only time will tell how long this lasts. Likely this is not a permanent solution, but I would imagine would at least last for a couple years as a very cheap temporary solution.

Took a few tries to get the hang of it, corners and transitions areas were a challenge. Had difficulty getting a smooth finish, decent amount of bubbles, I suggest purchasing a kit that has an exact knife and a smoothing tool to help with application. I definitely chose a more difficult item for the vinyl but it worked out really nicely, totally updated the look of my bathroom! Photos are before and after. Definitely not a long term solution but a great face lift for the time being.

Update:Amazon changed me again! I contact them and they said will refund. And not refund.Another representative said because I didn’t return the original one. It ridiculous, I need to collect the peeled paper to return to Amazon. Don’t trust them to replace a new for free. They will charge you after several months. You may not notice it.The paper is very nice. But it comes with some wrinkles. I think it will disappear when put on the marble surface. But it still exists. Amazon give me free replacement. But it takes much time to redo this work. Please check the item carefully first then do.

I would like this product much better if it stuck better. I used it to cover the seat n a kitchen stool, all the ends are curling up right away.

Used it on kitchen counter. Didn’t stick very well.

If you stick on a wide surface of wood, it will stay stuck but when on the edge, it doesn't.
