Conflict Management: A Practical Guide to Developing Negotiation Strategies

This book was a requirement for a course I was taking on conflict management and negotiation. I hate buying books for class because sometimes they are not that great. This one was the exception; it was well-written, yet easy to understand. It was also filled with real world examples and how to techniques that kept things interesting. In addition to the information on the subject it also includes many self-assessments for you that will help you gauge your own personality traits, negotiation style, etc. This book was well worth the money I spent, especially considering that I continually go back to it as a reference for regular situation assessments.

Great shape!

I had to buy this for my Conflict Resolution online class at University and originally I was not too impressed because it is a smaller textbook. While I started reading I noticed things felt wordy and restated, however I feel the book was very easy to read and understand. The skills are practical and its hard to get bored reading this book because it also includes quotes and pictures. I am happy I bought this.

Decent condition !

The book is really informative. The binding however fell apart. Pages keep falling out of the book and I'm only 4 chapters in. I take very good care of my books so I'm upset that the quality of the binding is so poor.
