It's a good product. I have very severe dry eye so nothing much works for me but with taking this I only need drops 3-4 times a day as opposed to every hour or so. Also I like it's only one pill instead of 3 and seems to work better than those that require 3 pills a day. It's a capsule so easy to swallow. I'm sure it will work super well on anyone. If it's helped me with extreme dry eye it'll help anyone.

This once-a-day pill came through when eye drops, both OTC and prescription, failed me. The price point is good, and I appreciate that the serving size doesn't require taking multiple pills throughout the day. I will definitely reorder if I still need the dry eye relief.

After 30 days+ I must say I do notice a significant difference. It took almost 3 weeks to get to this point. I take it every evening with my dinner. My eyes are still dry at night; however they are not grainy or painful. I still have to put in eye gel at night, but not as often as I used to. My dry eyes do not wake me up. During the day I have also noticed the need to put in drops is not as often. I will continue to take these. No more grainy painful eyes at night...priceless!

So far it has worked well for me. I’ve only been taking it for a little more than a week, but I definitely noticed a difference within the first few days. I know it says it takes a long time to start working but it didn’t for me. I don’t eat with it. I know it says you’re supposed to. I like that it’s only one a day instead of four times a day like the other popular brand. That other brand says it includes DLA which is supposed to be really helpful and this one just seems like maybe only fish oil. I got it because it cost less than the other one & figured if it wasn’t doing anything I’d just return it & try the other one. I used to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee or look at my phone and it was painful to open up my eyes. I went through every type of eyedrop and nothing was helping. It was six weeks of misery. I don’t know why I started getting dry eyes all of a sudden anyway. Maybe it went away by itself or maybe it’s the pill. I’ll find out when I run out in a couple months and stop taking it. I guess if the problem comes back then the pill was definitely working. For now I’m going to keep taking it because it’s just one pill and it’s once a day and I don’t bother eating with it so it’s not an inconvenience for me, and it has stuff in it that’s good for you anyway like the fish oil. And like I said my eyes feel better. I like that I can open up my eyes first thing in the morning or in the middle of the night without it feeling like sandpaper. Before with the eyedrops it felt like wet sandpaper lol.

Have used this product for over a year and it seems to work very well. Today I opened the second of a two-bottle order and found the capsules were brown. The capsules have been white. Both bottles had the same lot number and expiration date (05/2025). Couldn't talk to a person at Advanced Theraceuticals, so submitting this comment. If I get a response from their "Get in Touch" messaging, I'll share. In the meantime, I'm not taking any more Hydroptic dry eye capsules. The company responded to my message, explaining that they ran out of the white capsules and substituted a translucent capsule for the remainder of the lot. Has same ingredients. They indicated that there was supposed to be a sticker on the bottom of the bottle alerting the user to the change. There wasn't. They have offered to send me a replacement bottle with the white capsules.

I have been suffering with dry eyes for over a year. My eyes hurt and looked red. I would use eye drops all day and when I awoke in the middle of the night. I have only been using this product for a few weeks but my eyes already feel and look better. I have gone from using eye drops from all the time to about twice a day. Highly recommend.

I suffer from Dry Eye syndrome, in 2019 i got an eyelid infection on my bottom eyelid called blepharitis, this was healed with antibiotics. A couple of weeks later I got another infection on the top eyelid called a chalazion. A chalazion is a small lump or swelling that appears on your eyelid it is caused by a blocked meibomian or oil gland. This infection had to be lanced /cut out before treating with antibiotics. The doctor says if it continues to come back within a couple of weeks I would have to be on antibiotics indefinitely. The chalazion infection healed but left a small lump, which did not go away. This took me back to the doctor and this happen to be filled with inflammatory fluid, the doctor drained the fluid but the lump never went away. I tried many drops and eyelid scrubs, warm eye masks but could not get the lump to go away. After much research I found both these infections were associated with dry eye where meibomian cells were damaged and would not heal. Finally I came across (Hydroptic/Advanced Dry Eye Formula) after a couple of days of taking one pill my eyes were not feeling as dry. Then allergy season hit, pollen all over the place, the chalazion flared up, so I started taking two pills per day. Well its been about one week and the chalazion is nearly gone and my eyes are returning to the normal appearance. I would definitely recommend this product.

This stuff WAS absolutely awesome. But the last shipment is different. The capsules are now yellow and does not work like previous formula. My eyes are back itching and dry like before. I will look for another brand as this is unsatisfactory. My daughters subscribes to these also and she has noticed the change.
