Picture sharing so you see what you're getting
I suffer plantar fasciitis, and wear arch support in all of my shoes. I want to find additional support for those shoes, as I stand on concrete 10+ hours a day.I'm not sure, yet, if I will wear these in with the arch supports in my shoes; but, I wanted to have this as a trial option.I wore a pair all night and today, at home. They are comfortable. The pictures show after 24 hours of wearing them.My shoe size is about W 7.5 - 8. My arch is considered middle/low. I have an average sized slender long foot. But I prefer a large toe box because my little toes are broken and don't like to touch the side of shoes.I also prefer to wear Crocs, or go barefoot. The doctor that diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and prescribed me the orthotics said that is often why people get plantar fasciitis because they wear shoes with no arch support or are going barefoot.I am very hopeful that these will work and I can start wearing my Crocs again. And that I can go around barefoot in my house all day and not suffer with foot pain. Here's hoping.1.13.2021ETA (edited to add):Worn one set three days this week under my socks, inside shoes that also have a hard shell arch support.1st day; both feet felt great.2nd day; right foot felt squished swollen and the arch support pad became very painful. Left continued to feel good.3rd; had to remove the right pad early in my work day. Felt like a hard ball in the arch. Left felt good all day. They became sweaty, so maybe moisture is a negative factor. The pads are not very thick, the padding is mostly flat; I'm not sure why my worse foot felt like it was a knot. Im not giving up on them yet.

Odd little gadgets
I was having foot cramps after using a particular pair of sneakers at the gym. I was just going to replace them or get insoles but then I found these little gadgets and thought WTH let me try them. They do seem to help and they're not uncomfortable, you'll barely know they are there. They probably won't work well if your shoes are tight however. There also seems to be some debate about which direction they should go on, in my experience it doesn't seem to matter. If you have issues with a lot of your shoes these might be worth a try. If nothing else, they're amusing little things.

Good product and definitely good value!
These are good. They don't quite fit tightly enough. I like having the pad, but sometimes it is hard to position it so they fit correctly and don't get bunched up. I wear them with socks. The price is amazingly cheap. They seem well made and everything. I just wish they were a little tighter. I don't wear them all the time because while the pad is helpful, it can also be inconvenient. I think Walgreens has some (not nearly as cheap) that have the pad more built in. I might try those. But I will definitely keep these around and use them. I bought them on a whim without knowing if they would help or be comfortable. I can answer yes to both questions, but it turns out my feet need more support. That's not the fault of the product at all. I guess I have VERY flat feet.

Comfy, great support, happy
I have a bad habit of wearing shoes with poor arch support, and my arches have fallen pretty badly over the years, . I don't know if I've ever had full-blown plantar fasciitis before, but I've definitely had days where I felt like I'd tweaked one or both of my feet (often by switching from heels to flats), and walking barefoot was painful. These pads are comfy, can be worn with or without shoes, and provide good support if positioned well under the arch of the foot. They tend to slip a bit if worn without shoes, but if I wear them with any shoe type (including soft slippers), slipping is minimal., I am able to stack the pads on top of each other to get the right thickness. They really to help with the pain.. very happy with this purchase

Being my arch is higher I need a little thicker
So I ordered these arch support brace things because I Absolutely need them. As you can tell in the photo how swollen my ankle and foot is; I currently have 4 split tendons in my ankle and foot. I will be going in for surgery in 5 weeks. Until then I have a ankle brace/stabilizer and these arch pads. So far so good, doesn’t stop the swelling but helps relieve the Excruciating pain.. I definitely recommend the arch support. I have these issues (from a fall) :* spontaneous Rupture of the Achilles’ tendon,* planters fasciitis,* split tear of the calcaneus heel tendon* and much more 😞

Flat feet
Flat feet?? You need to try these. I wear them everyday, and sometimes when I sleep. They help with sore hurting feet.

Pretty good for the price
I only use these when walking an extended distance on an unpaved surface -- wooded trails, mowing lawn, etc. -- they fit well within my sneakers They seem to help. Appear to be durable but I haven't washed them yet. They're not that thick but that works well for me since my arch isn't very high. I can see how a person with a high arch wouldn't get much relief.

Minor support
These didn’t work for me and they ended up being scattered and cluttering up my room. I found this one under my desk and wondered about using it as a pin cushion….so I cut it open. It’s only got two thin foam pads acting as support. If anything, it adds compression comfort for the foot, and maybe the pads add extra compression at the arch. Aside from that, it’s not an arch support by my standard.

Not useful
I wear a size 5 slippers/Shoes. I suffer from High arches. These were very loose for me and kept rotating and did not stay in place. Was not comfortable at all. Wore the whole day on the 1st day. Next day my left knee started paining where I have suffered a ligament tear years ago.Stopped using immediately.
