Hi I brought this for my mum in April , she's having trouble charging is it still under warranty

Crap DONT BUY
Not worth the money..it’s not 44mega pixels more like 4mega pixel camera and definitely not 16x zoom..False advertising needs updating.

Nice but complicated
Not at all a simple to use camera for the elderly. Difficult, with arcane controls that are not obvious. I would recommend it for the computer competent. The image stabilization is not brilliant.

Suitable to carry
It is highly recommended to everyone. Not only is the logistics fast, but the business service attitude is very good, the shooting pixels are very high, the picture quality is very textured, exquisite, compact, suitable for portable, easy to travel, I really love it.

Difficult to get to grips with
Looked ok but when I tried to set it up the instruction manual was not clear and was confusing. No mention of how to charge battery. It just says put battery in box. What box? Had difficulty in transferring pics to computer. Again no clear instructions. Wish i'd never bought it.

Not worth the money, feels and looks like a toy. Zoom is x 2 if lucky
The display screen is fitted on on s slant, very cheaply made. I will be returning this item. Zoom option is NOT x16 as stated. its x1 or x2.

Acquistata per una persona anziana devo dire che è stato un regalo molto apprezzatoMolto semplice nell'utilizzo , ma completo ed intuitivoSono rimasto positivamente colpito dalla definizione delle foto e dalla leggerezzaIn confezione presenti ben 2 batterie da inserire , molto comoda la seconda in caso si scarichi la prima
