I mean the mister and tools are a really nice bonus. It works exactly like it says and I love it.

Surprised but the steam does get hot and effective with the face mask. I did not have issues with assembling or snapping the face mask portion in place like other reviews suggest.

Love it and the little steamer that it came with!

I have kind of a weirdly shaped face, so the steamer didn't quite fit right. The nose piece doesn't provide much more direction and the lowest steam level is still too hot. I do really love the brush that came with it, though.

After only a few uses, the little bowl that hold the water completely came unglued and fell through to the bottom of the steamer. Piece of junk will never buy one like it again.
