Cheap quality. The screws are not even straight and can't stay tightly screwed on. This thing collapsed couple of times as one of the legs came loose. The bulb connector is crooked, which leans your bulb at 45 degree angle inside the canopy. Bad paint job and overall bad construction.

Package arrived at least 3 weeks ahead of schedule! Well packed comes from some place in India. Nicely constructed what is of good quality easy to assemble despite the lack of instructions. Compared to a similar lamp at Pottery Barn which cost $379 I'd say this is a steal of a deal!

The seller/product comes from India, so you may expect a while to receive your product. I received mine about 3 weeks after placing the order. 1) It is annoying that the item was shipped in two separate parts; thus, the tripod and the lamp were received on 2 separate days. 2) While the product itself looks nice, the tripod I received is defective as the 'legs' cannot be locked into place once extended (which means it can't be raised). 3) The screw keeping the lamp head on to the tripod does not screw in very tightly; therefore, it can be slightly wobbly. Though simple to figure out/put together, don't expect any instructions to come with the product.

Nice design. Fair quality. Purchased the lamp to be a great accent piece but to also add light to the room. It is a great accent piece but is as bright as a flashlight. Also a down side is there are no directions so you have to figure out how to assemble it yourself.

This light stole my heart it was bigger than I thought the lamp is very nice my husband loves it ... we had a little trouble getting the top back on after installing a light but some how worked it out... but the lamp is very nice
