It took me a few tries to get the hang of this but it works great. I am a 63 year old female, so if you are a young strong man, this *may* not provide enough strengthening for you. But it is great for me.

This is a fun device if you’re looking for a quick and easy way to exercise your forearms and wrists, or if you simply want a different type of “fidget” item that you can play around with at your desk or on your couch.The ball comes in a basic box with no English wording on it. The only thing in the box are the ball itself and a wrist strap. There are no instructions of any type.Attaching the wrist strap is pretty intuitive. Just feed the small loop through the notch on the ball and then pass the other side of the strap through the loop to secure it.The device itself consists of the outer casing that you hold and an interior ball that can both spin freely (at very high speeds) from front to back, and can also rotate left to right around the circumference of the outer casing.To use the ball you first use your fingers to wind it up by pushing the interior ball in the direction of the arrows on the ball. Once you have it fully wound up you simply release the interior ball and it will begin spinning. Then you grip the overall device in your palm and move your hand around until you find the sweet spot where you can hear the interior ball spinning faster and faster. Once you find this motion you’ll also feel the resistance in your wrist and forearm. You then simply keep up this motion to keep the interior ball spinning. You can experiment with different ways to hold the ball and can also let it slow down and then attempt to speed it back up with your hand motions.You’ll find that the ball gets louder and louder the faster you get it spinning, so this probably isn’t something you’d want to use in an open office or anywhere that people might be disturbed by the sound (check out my video for an example).It’s hard to explain how it feels but once you hold it and get the hang of it you’ll quickly be able to spin the ball up to full speed and feel the resistance. My video attempts to show the motion but even then it’s best to try it yourself.I can’t say for sure how beneficial this is as an actual exercise device. But it is a fun item for just playing around with or for stress relief.

I am rehabbing a broken wrist. This gyro just doesn’t work in that I simply can’t get it to spin. I sent this one back and got the more expensive Powerball, which has been fantastic. It provides a good, hearty workout for my wrist.

The media could not be loaded. as instruções ajudaram um pouco, mas poderiam ser mais explicativas, as instruções vir em português, ou ter um PDF digital em português, é importante ler as instruções, eu ia colocar um lubrificante, mas nas instruções afirma não poder colocar, é ótimo para uma atividade curta moderada, não curto os leds mas é de gosto e não incomoda no uso, super recomendo para quem costuma utilizar as mãos para processos de precisão, ou escreve demais ou usa demais mouse e teclado

I’ve tried the higher priced brand name powerballs and this one works equally as well. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and already see an improvement in my grip and arm muscle strength. Perfect for a senior as it strengthens without straining the shoulder joint.
