I would check northern tools, i think the sell just the tips not sure of the sizes they carry though

How long are the 90 bend heads? I need something that will fit around a 2” lip.

Sorry, the 90 degree tips are not 2 inches long. If it's an important job you might bend the plier jaws to a right angle. That should work. You may not get them bent back properly again, but that would be your best bet.

will these work for 3.5" internal rings?

They might work, but you have to be careful because they might bend. It would be better to go with OTC pliers set which is also offered via Amazon -- they hold up better when dealing with heavy duty rings.

Will this work for a 5 inch ring ?

yes i would say it should work but i am very disappointed with the product. they are not made of heavy enough material or not hard enough. the legs bend and / or fold over. very dangerous and in my opinion makes these junk. spend more and buy a set from snap on or mac . these are cheap and there is a reason for it
