You put a fixed bullet weight on the front, rig Texas style and the tail floats up.
A professional bass guide recommended it to me and showed me how it works.

Effective bait
Purchased these for Ned rigging smallmouths, they were discounted and you can cut them in half and get a TRD and a Ticklerz. Versatility.

Floats
I like the elastic material of Z-Man worms. Very soft, very tough. It's far more buoyant than expected. I am not 100% sure what to do with it. Doesn't really work as an unweighted senko. Rigged any other way it wants to stand on it's head tail up. I will have to keep playing with it to find a presentation I like.

Great action-too soft for durability. Oil makes them hard to secure to threaded jigs.
Action really drives big bass crazy when on a shakey head. Caught them in rocks, grass, brush piles on this combo. VERY hard to thread onto jig because of oil and soft material. Had to super glue them on to keep from pulling off screw head. Not as durable as I thought. Never caught more than two bass on 1 worm.

Put it on a shaky head and fish it slow.

The color was as described. I hope the tails helps attract some bass.
I have not used these yet, but they look like they will be effective.

Buy this brand!
Another quality ZMAN product. Holds up so much better than other brands and being buoyant the action is amazing. My go to brand now for all my soft baits.

It is durable, I am not good at fishing plastics, so I am a poor judge
