I'm currently crocheting my cat a sofa bed and needed a small amount of batting to fill the cushions. I'm not a quilter etc so I thought batting would come pre-cut/large quantities etc. so I'm pleased this is cut by the yard so I don't have lots of excess.The texture was a little weird for me as I've never used it before and needed very sharp scissors to cut through - otherwise the scissors just jammed into the batting or pulled the layers apart.The pattern never said what weight of batting to use so I thought it best to go with 3oz so that I can double it if necessary, and less waste if I did double it. I ended up doubling the batting and in the process of stitching the last side. The cushions feel very nice and plush.I was chuffed to get notifications of the parcel being dispatched, out for delivery and delivered as it was through Royal Mail. I was surprised how quick it came.Great price as well, so I'll definitely buy more if I ever need batting again.

Plenty of the item to last for a long time for small works.

Lovely wide wadding

Bought 2 meters of 3oz wadding, which is something like 1cm thick. Arrived rolled in a continuous piece, in a plastic package with room for air, which helped keep the fluffiness. My piece is slightly larger than what I bought, which is nice. It arrived early. Will buy again but not 3oz, it's too thin.
