Quality
Balls get stuck all the time. So it doesn’t fire.

Not what I thought
It works great. Once all the balls are launched and lost throughout the house it a bother but that's on me not the designer. Replacement balls are too expensive.

Packaged bended and damaged
The two sides were bended, folded and taped on the other side. It makes the product look like a damaged and can’t be given to people as a new gift. I will still keep it because it is last day before Christmas.

Cheap quality, balls are difficult to shoot for my 3 and 4 year old
The cap needs to be screwed on perfectly for it to fire a shot. The pressure it requires to shoot is difficult for my kids. The more expensive popper was probably a better choice.
