This ham is usefully packed in sachets. It is very well flavoured and fulfills all I wanted. It is a good starter or accompaniment to a main course. It has a good long storage time.

Le goût est sublime mais les tranches sont épaisses et ont du mal à se décoller les unes des autres, tant pis pour elles je les manges quand même.Je reviens pour indiquer que j'ai trouvé une solution pour séparer les tranches qui sont collées entre elles, il faut avoir un couteau à lame assez longue et très fine style couteau à lever les filets de soles et suivre les tranches très doucement pour décoller les tranches mais il faut que le jambon soit très froid pour la réussite de l'opération, une fois décollées vous pourrez le laisser prendre une température ambiante pour le consommer à votre goût !

Der Schinken ist lecker. Alle Scheiben kleben aneinander fest so das man eine einzelne Scheibe praktisch nicht bekommt. Eine folie zwischen den Scheiben (Wie es andere Anbieter machen) würde helfen,. ist zwar nichr ganz im Sinne des Umweltschutzes aber irgend eine Lösung muss her.

Lo compramos para un cumpleaños, al venir envasado es perfecto para si no se acaba, pues a la nevera, al venir varios packs es perfecto, en el tema del sabor a mi personalmente me encanto, y a la gente que lo comió en el cumple también.
