Don’t waste your money
Doesn’t help! Do not waste your money. There’s no way to make it tight enough around your body. It slides to the side.

Not as advertized
Velcro does not hold and foam pillow does not preve t you from Rolling onto your back.

Didn't work to keep me off my back
I bought this to keep me from flipping onto my back, but when I placed it over my night shirt, it slips to the side no matter how tightly I wrapped it around my body. Even when I placed directly on my skin, it still slips, so I end up partially on my back. I returned it because it wasn't effective.

It works with flaws
It definitely works and keeps you off your back, its comfortable as well. For someone like me who sleeps without a shirt this was perfectly comfortable. The only down fall and the reason i returned it was because of how big it any moving at night cause the blankets to get caught on it. This was making my wife crazy, i didn't mind it but her blankets kept getting ripped off. Other then that i would definitely recommend.

Great concept but poor execution, and overpriced for what you get
The pillow is good quality, but the strap is incredibly cheap, and the Velcro just doesn't hold. I bought some industrial-strength Velcro strips and glued/stapled them over the original Velcro, so now it doesn't come apart. Unfortunately, the strap is so thin that it bunches up and gets really uncomfortable. Moreover, I have to strap the pillow directly against my back; even with the better Velcro, the pillow would still end up coming off in the middle of the night. That being said, this pillow has been a godsend. I have severe sleep apnea, and I've never been able to wear my CPAP more than a few hours a night. This pillow (with the improvements) now allows me to stay on my side instead of rolling onto my back (my natural sleep position), and as a result I sleep much, much better. I'm going to try to find a strong, sturdy Velcro strap to replace the one it came with. If you're willing to put some effort into overcoming this product's low-quality strap, maybe it will work for you too!

Takes time to get used to
For the most part it helps to keep me on my side. Turning over is difficult and it has shifted during sleep and allowed me to be on my back. I'm going to continue using it though. Make sure you have it tight.

made for very large persons
I'm 5'2", 125 lbs. The wrap was too long to go around me and link with the other velcro...it missed it ALMOST completely. Ended up modifying it until I could come up with another plan (put the tube-shaped pillow in between two t-shirts & sewed a properly sized 'sleeve' in to hold it in place. Total pain, but it does the trick. Would not recommend unless the person who will be using it has considerable girth. Even then, I believe the velcro is not aggressive enough to hold it in place well for someone who normally moves around a lot. I had to have it so tight to keep it in place, and since it rides under your armpits/above the breasts, my arms would go to sleep...
