Crazy delicious sauce! I'm usually not a fan of any packaged sauce, but came across this sauce in a NY Whole Foods and thought I'd give it a try in my CA home. I love Chinese blackbean sauce and this hits all those notes and takes it to the next level. Very well balanced - not to sweet or spicy. Great as both a marinade or finishing sauce for any number of stir fries.

"This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review." Used the product in some takeout (Moo Goo Gai Pan) to "oomph" it up a little. The product was exactly as advertised: sweet, savory and spicy. Just what was needed. Tried it again to flavor some of my own cooking and it was excellent! Not spicy-hot but you can taste the (slightly) fruity taste complemented nicely by the black beans. I'll buy this again.

This sauce is wonderful! It was packaged very professionally and in a way that protected the container. The sauce is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone.
