When I first tasted this chocolate, I truly thought it was...yucky! However, after giving up sugar for several months my taste buds have changed. I recently ate this chocolate again and I found that it actually tastes Ok/good and I truly savor the deep robust chocolate flavor you simply can't appreciate in a commercial sugar laden chocolate bar. Now, if you are used to eating Hershey bars with sugar, you will probably hate this. But, if you have purged yourself of sugar, you have the possibility of enjoying a rich chocolate flavor with ZERO NET CARBS!

this is a really interesting experience - one which - if you, like me, love white chocolate, you might want to try it. it's sweet but not overly sweet. and the mix of lemon with sugar is one i have loved since i was a kid. the packaging is over the top, it is thick and makes it difficult to open a packet without breaking the bar into pieces - which is okay if you are eating it yourself, but if you are giving as a gift you might suggest the recipient uses scissors to open the package.

Chocolate was delicious and has a pure dark chocolate taste. It is a bit bitter because it is dark cocoa with high cocoa content. The variety pack is nice try different flavors and cocoa strengths. So if you are looking for organic dark chocolate this is it. Also great to use for hot cocoa and baking too.

I liked that it was really dark chocolate with no sugar detectable. I dipped a square of the chocolate in my coffee which enhanced all the deep undertones of the chocolate. I may try grating a piece over vanilla ice cream to see if the dark bitter chocolate compliments the creamy sweet ice cream.

I'm from Colombia, and I knew the brand before moving to the US, so when I learned that they were selling their chocolates through Amazon, the first thing I did was buy them. I love the flavor, these chocolates are a healthy snack, and the package is so beautiful! It features the stories of farmers involved in the production of the chocolate. If you feel like supporting an organic/social impact brand, this might be the perfect product for you.

It definitely tastes good and authentic. I expected a softer texture. I have had their 85% dark chocolate and it has a similar hard texture. Overall, it's a good product.

Good, simple ingredients. My family loves this chocolate and we eat it as much as we can. At first, the taste was sharper compared to more processed bars. After having a few bars of this, I 100% prefer this taste and don’t like the creaminess you get from bars with soy or other ingredients. My kids love it as well.

I use it as a chocolate fondue for sweet fruit.
