I really like how ths Christmas tree is plug in and it looks easy to set up I have tested it and all of the lights are working it is a nice Christmas tree

Lovely tree and looks great in shop window but all the connections for the lights are male so don’t work! If it was in my home I would return but as it’s just for a shop I am not that bothered it’s not lit, other than I could have probably spent less!

This item is shoddily made and does not resemble the advertising. Having been good customers over the years I am shocked to find I cannot return this item. There was no warning of "no returns" apparent on the sales page and I wonder if this does not contravene my statutory rights. Was not the correct size, tried to return they wouldn’t accept. Tried to complain to you but ended up going round the houses gave up & gave tree away.
