Recommended on America's Test Kitchen. I have never spent as much for vinegar before, but this product is great! I will certainly be much more selective with vinegar in the future. I use it mostly on salads with various types of lettuce combined (romain, red leaf, green leaf, Boston, and endive) with onions, a few croutons, red cabbage, but no cheese in a vinaigrette with a good Olive oil and a few seasonings. For me it is spectacular. Will order other products from Napa Valley Naturals.

Fast and excellent.

I use this sherry vinegar mainly on watermelon salad. It is so delicious and great value for the money. I know there are problems with shipping glass items but there is no concern with this company. The vinegar was packaged so well that the truck would have to run over it a few times to break it. I highly recommend.

I was looking for a substitute for balsamic vinegar which has a lot of carbs. This sherry vinegar is perfect. It has zero carbs and gives food that great vinegar taste without the overpowering sour flavor.I have use Napa Valley products in the past and they were always very good. This vinegar did not disappoint me. A little splash of vinegar in most recipes give a brighter flavor. I use vinegar as a seasoning and the note of sherry flavor really works well.

I was looking for a sherry vinegar that would complement extra virgin olive oil and add a subtle punch of flavor as a salad dressing or in stews or sauces. This was a good value and I have tried other products from this brand. Would order again. Just what I was looking for and at a good price point.

My husband and I like to make a simple vinaigrette. Balsamic Vinegar sometimes gives me heartburn, so we had been looking for some other options. Somewhere along the line, we encountered Sherry Vinegar. This is one of the only brands we have been buying ever since.Over the past year (and many bottles later), we have noticed that the color of the vinegar itself changes based on the batch, sometimes being a lovely whiskey color, and other times being a bit more reddish. This is a nice touch, since it helps emphasize the high quality and natural fermentation of this vinegar.I strongly recommend it for salads, dijon vinaigrettes, and marinades. We have even substituted it for Red and White Wine Vinegar in recipes with excellent outcomes.

Not great: doesn't have that sherry taste that I'd expected and tastes more like a very acidic red wine vinegar. Bought 6 bottles and will have a hard time finishing them; would not buy again nor recommend.
