Works great.
Just rotated tires on 2002 GMC Sierra pickup truck. This thing took off the lug nuts like they weren't there.Put lug nuts back on snugly. Used this for about 2-3 seconds to tighten them down and checked with a torque wrench. 2-3 seconds after snug was about 120 ft.lbs. Amazing. Used almost no battery life rotating tires.

Pretty Dissatisfied
I purchased for 2023 Christmas gift. It was recently used for the second time. Boom - the internal gears apparently feel apart and no longer works. Reached out to vendor thru Amazon - crickets. Not happy wasting $250. Unfortunately purchased two of them.
