This ebike is very well designed with great features. I ride five miles a day and use the peddle assist 2 setting. This keeps the speed at 13-14 mph so you can peddle more to go faster. This setting is easy to control ebike when turning or maneuvering. The battery goes around 90 miles using this setting. Is it well built - yes. Good value - yes.

It's good looking easy to ride, build strong and solid fast and reliable, brakes will stop you on a dime.This is my third e-bike and the best one.

I debated on buying a bike online, but I am so glad I did. The bike was pretty easy to assemble. A few adjustments had to be made with the fender, but I bent the rod to make it work. Battery is long lasting and the ride is pretty smooth once I got everything adjusted, such as tires, and shocks. For the price it was well worth it. Did buy a bigger seat which helped.

I've ridden this bike for 170 miles now. I've gone to the beach. Gone to the store. Went random joyriding around town. It has great power for hilly San Diego and is very comfortable with the huge tires. It's both sturdy and fast! I've also gotten compliments on it every time I go out. It's a joy!

I bought my bike 10 months ago and love it. This bike has only 20” fat tires but the great range of adjustability fits my 6’3” frame perfectly. I had a brake caliper problem early on but customer service sent me a replacement which fixed the problem. I also developed an internal problem with the battery at just over 600 miles. It would intermittently go on and off. I returned it to Sohoo customer service in California for testing and they replaced it for no charge. Also paid shipping both ways. I appreciated their responding to my issues. All in all a great bike.

I've had my e-bike for just over a month at this point and waited to review. I've gone on several 'long' rides and I'm totally impressed! I'm 73 and decided it was time for my bike to take ME for a ride. I've peddled bikes most of my life. I was totally bent on getting an electric scooter and my son talked me out of it. I'm so happy he did. Since I got my bike which was delivered about a week after I ordered, I've added a few things. A cup holder, phone holder and a rear tire 'cold pack'. My son and I went for a ride Labor Day Weekend and rode along the Niagara River. Great bike paths made it so easy for me. I saw things I didn't know existed while on this ride. It was about my 30th ride. On this particular day, I ran into only one problem during the trip. I was attempting to turn around, over grass (thank goodness) and hit a hole in the grass. Down I went. I was able to push myself away from the bike which was about to land on me, rear wheel still spinning. Only a scuffed knee and hurt pride. Not the bikes fault, I was actually going too slow and just lost balance when I hit the hole. The bike is fine, I'm fine and looking forward to another trip. Next time I'll be more aware of my 'slowness' through grass. I guess I could have been on the bike path but falling on grass is better than blacktop. I'm extremely happy I found this bike, it's been nothing but fun! I would say Looking outside today, it's only 24 degrees and we've been covered in a glaze of ice. Looking forward to things to warm up a bit, I'm so anxious to get out and explore so much more. Love my bike! if you're hesitating, stop! Do yourself a favor and get the bike, your family said it's ok! You'll not regret it.

Purchased two of these bikes and they are awesome. Had a small problem with the brakes on one of them but the dealer took care of it right away. Well built at a fair price.

This bike is awesome! There are so many parameters that allow you to set the bike for your personal needs. Very low step through. I feel very confident riding this bike on the beach.
