Couldn’t clean the pans
I used it for muffins and sprayed them with lots of coconut oil spray but couldn’t get them out very easily and couldn’t clean it. Even looked on line how to clean them but didn’t work. I use a lot of fat daddios pans and they’re great but these did not work.

Great Product
This is my second purchase of this brand of bakeware.The cheesecake pan is without equal - no leaks and cleans like a dream.These products are definitely the best.

"Love baking with Fat Daddio's bakeware"
Love results every time I bake with Fat Daddio"s baking tins. They bake evenly, Always end up with a beautiful golden colour crumb.

These pans live up to the brand name, love them and use them professionally.

Scorched the side of the muffins.
I bought this muffin pan because I bake a lot of muffins and wanted to be able to bake two muffin pans at a time. Cooked the same muffin recipe for the exact time and temp I cook all the time. Imagine my shock when I removed the muffins from the pan and all the sides were scorched. The only difference was my new pan. There goes cooking two pans at the same time. I will have to experiment with finding a lower temp that WON’T scorch my food.I have always had good luck with Fat Daddies’ pans so this was a big surprise and a disappointment. I will experiment and if I can’t solve this, it’s going back to Amazon.

Hard to clean
Things stick like crazy, even with spray and liners. With it being a mini muffin tin it’s hard to scoop batter into the liners because they are so small and fold inward, so you still have to clean a lot. The only way you could use this without cleaning a lot later is if you piped batter into the liners.Otherwise it is a sturdy product.

So far, so good!
So far we love these pans. Because they are aluminum, they are visibly less sturdy than steel pans. But the whole reason I bought these was because I am tired of rusty baking pans. So, I am willing to wash by hand and maybe not bang them around as much. Happy with this purchase.

Worked Well
I've tried this product once so far using bake cups and it baked my muffins great. I'm pleased with its performance.
