Fusion Napa Valley: Juice of Unripe Grapes Variety Pack 750 ml (Pack of 2)- Verjus Blanc (1 Pack) Verjus Rouge (1 Pack) with Silicon Basting Brush by Intfeast

I purchased one bottle of each verjus, one red (rouge) and one white (blanc). My goal was to find something I could mix with sparkling water to yield a non-alcoholic drink that tasted something like a wine spritzer The red proved to be too tart (on my palate) to serve my purpose (although not as tart as vinegar). The white, on the other hand, did yield a drink that a flexible person could substitute for a wine spritzer. The white seemed a bit less tart and had a faint nuttiness. Thus, it seemed as if there might be a white wine that, with sparkling water, would yield a similar drink. The price is also a factor, because this verjus is more expensive than some wines.
