65 male here who developed tinnitus 8 months ago. First, see your health care provider who will probably refer you to an ENT. Many causes for tinnitus, both internal and external. May be as simple as excessive ear wax or as complicated as a brain tumor, so it should be checked out. I had to have surgery last year and where my blood pressure was high had to go on hypertension medication prior to surgery. All went well, then I continued medication and within 2 months had ear ringing. Discontinued medication and ringing went away in a few days. The tinnitus returned two months later on its own, but I doubt it was the medication I took months earlier and had discontinued. Anyway, it was driving me nuts, saw this stuff on Amazon and bought it. For 3 and a half weeks no effect with 6 tablets a day. Then I did notice a difference almost a month into it when it kicked in. From a 6 out of 10 to a 1 out of 10 now. I dropped the dosage to 5 tablets a day and may drop to 4 soon. One clue. Every time I shopped in a busy supermarket my ears were roaring by the time I reached the checkout counter 45 minutes. So anxiety does exasperate the problem. Perhaps something to do with my serotonin levels or in my case old age. If I go into a quiet room, I still notice it once in a while, but nothing like it was. It should be noted that in addition to the Lipo, I take one strong vitamin B12 tablet daily. We will see how it continues. Hoping for the best. But I agree with many of the sufferers, it a horrible experience, and I wish you all the best of luck.

This product is 100% USLESS! I suspected it would be when reading the ingredients as nothing more than a B-Complex vitamin.Save your money. Does NOT WORK. At all.In fact, NONE of these Tinnitus products work at all. I have been to 5 doctors over the last several years and ALL of them say; "There is no cure for Tinnitus. No product does anything to help even in the smallest way. Zero positive results from EVERY product on the market."

UPDATE: 7 days in and I just had the FIRST quiet evening in 2 years! I can barely believe my ears, but the ringing is almost gone. This stuff is incredible!----------I've had tinnitus for about 2 years. It started after spending two hours too close to the speaker at a rock concert. I went through depression about it but I finally coped, but last week it suddenly became louder for no reason and I felt like I was going crazy. It was horrible. I'm a very happy person but after a few days of this incessant screeching, I started contemplating suicide. It was 24/7 torture. Even worse, knowing that doctors have nothing to offer to those of us tormented with this terrible disease, I became desperate. I somehow had the inspiration to search on Amazon and came across this product.Now I'm a PhD and very skeptical of anything that isn't FDA approved, but the reviews convinced me that it's worth a shot. It seemed that it works for some people, so why not try. Indeed, I ordered it and started taking 6 pills a day as prescribed. It's been 3 days and I can't believe my (ears)!! The tinnitus has gone from 70% loudness to a negligible 10% and ITS ONLY BEEN 3 DAYS!! I'm hoping that it will completely cure my tinnitus but even if it stops here this is more than I had ever hoped for. I'm so, so, SO grateful for this product. I can't for the life of me figure out why the company doesn't run controlled trials and get it FDA approved. Clearly, it works for many people and for me it has literally changed my life. I hope it works for you. If not, don't despair. There are tons of products out there. Try them all. Surely something will give you relief. I wish you all peace from this tormenting disease.

After 2 months of use, I have not experienced much improvement in my Tinnitus. This is basically a vitamin Bxx supplement with minor amounts of other ingredients mixed in -- perhaps not enough of the key ingredients. Given this and the recommended doze of 6 caplets a day, I think it is too pricey, even at the price offered on Amazon, which is better that other outlets, including Costco Pharmacy.I plan to give this medication another 2 months; if I don't see major improvement in my Tinnitus condition, I'll stop taking it and look for alternatives.

I'm giving this 3.5 stars but picked the 4 star option, because this is not an end-all product or cure. I've had tinnitus for about 10 years now and I compare this stuff as an aspirin for a headache but for my tinnitus on a bad day. That's the only comfort I find out of this. I have had no side effects. I only use this if I have really bad tinnitus trying to sleep at night, or in the morning if I feel like it's a bit loud. I'll take one and it helps turn the volume of the madness down. LOL

I should have read the fine print. I wouldn't have bought this supplement for tinnitus. First off, you need to take 6 a day for two months, then take three a day thereafter. That means that one bottle doesn't cover the "test" phase. But I used the one bottle. After 17 days using the recommended dosage, I have absolutely. no change to my tinnitus. I believe that if this product was going to have any effect, I would see at least some tiny difference after 17 days. Nope. Not at all.Next I see that the ingredients include titanium dioxide, which is banned in many places due to health concerns. Even more concerning is that it has Red Dye #40. Why in the world does a supplement need an artificial coloring at all, let alone one that has proven health issues? I do not recommend this product!

I cannot or am not allowed to return the item - but trust me THIS PRODUCT DOES absolutely NOTHING to quiet the noise of TINNITUS - IT DOESN'T do anything - just a standard vit b tablet as far as I'm concerned. SAVE your time and your effort and your MONEY - they are smart enough to not allow you to return the product for being ineffective -
