I LOVE THESE CHOCOLATES!
I'm from Colombia, and I knew the brand before moving to the US, so when I learned that they were selling their chocolates through Amazon, the first thing I did was buy them. I love the flavor, these chocolates are a healthy snack, and the package is so beautiful! It features the stories of farmers involved in the production of the chocolate. If you feel like supporting an organic/social impact brand, this might be the perfect product for you.

Real organic and pure chocolate
Chocolate was delicious and has a pure dark chocolate taste. It is a bit bitter because it is dark cocoa with high cocoa content. The variety pack is nice try different flavors and cocoa strengths. So if you are looking for organic dark chocolate this is it. Also great to use for hot cocoa and baking too.

Good and sustainable chocolate
Like the variety of flavors and the sustainability of the product. The company had a nice page at facebook that shows their facilities in Colombia.

Not good except for orange chocolate
Unroasted is terrible and very bitter. I couldn’t even eat them. They would be good used as baking chocolate, but definitely not eaten as a bar.The roasted ones were a tiny bit better. I liked that all of these are non dairy and vegan except for the milk chocolate. Only 400 calories per bar. A little dry and not creamy but that’s to be expected with no milk. It doesn’t melt in your mouth. Very bitter and has undertones of coffee like flavor. I didn’t love them but they were palatable.Coffee one was like eating straight coffee grounds. Did not like it. Bitter and tasted like coffee grounds. The monk fruit sweetened one super dry and terrible. I love mink fruit but this is just terrible. Very weird texture not like chocolate. The milk chocolate orange was actually really good though. Nice and creamy and not bitter. Great orange chocolate taste. I would eat it again. All in all, 7/8 were terrible and definitely not worth the high price. No where near as good as other organic dark chocolate brands that sell bars for half the price.

Mostly nope!
There is a positive for these chocolates in that the packaging is really good. Very well wrapped.I tried the lemon white chocolate first and it wasn't very good, so I thought I would give this variety pack a whirl to see if it is any better.Dark chocolate orange. Ok this one is really good! The pleasant orange flavor shines through the dark chocolate, and if I could have just that flavour, it would have been a four star review. If you like dark and orange this is a good one.Monk fruit. This is the most vile thing I've ever tasted that dared be called chocolate. I had to spit it out, it was so bad. No words other than I recommend you dont try this.Dark chocolates. These were just horrible. I like dark but this was an awful taste and I can't eat them. Lingering horrible sour flavour. Just no.Don't spend $40 to $50 on this. That is all wrong. If you can find the dark orange in a store I would say try that, give the rest a body swerve.

Drier Texture, High Quality, Seems Healthier
This is a nice variety pack of various chocolate bars produced by small Columbian farmers. The mission behind this brand is wonderful, and the brief bios featured on each bar are a nice touch. The chocolate itself is high quality, but not quite my personal taste in most cases. The milk chocolate orange bar is very dark for a milk chocolate, but it was one of my favorites. My other favorite was the 65% Cocao with Coffee, as the flavors were amazingly complimentary.I will say that all of the chocolate bars seem drier in texture than what I’m used to, but that could be because the list of ingredients is so pure, simple and basic (This is authentic chocolate in every sense of the word). I personally taste more of an acid flavor note in all of the bars compared to what is more processed and widely available on store shelves.Even so, I don’t think I prefer this style of chocolate for a treat, but I would absolutely reach for these chocolate bars to incorporate into a recipe. I also believe these bars are rich in all of the benefits that chocolate can offer, and from that perspective, these are probably quite healthy in that respect.
