Got the reusable cup stuck in the Dolce Gusto until I figured that it was in wrong so I think it is good to include "How to use instructions like putting the "hole" in the top at the front of the loader, etc. and it has to be lined in correctly. I do love it to even put my instant coffee in. It does not work as well with ground coffee but I am fine with that.

Very cheaply made, wrong description, it shows 3 pieces and stated 3 pieces but it's only one, the lid doesn't close properly so it got stocked, I hardly removed it but I damaged my coffee maker.

Compré 2 kits de 3 unidades. Y vinieron sólo 2 cápsulas. Quisiera las otras 4 faltantes.

What should have been a brilliant idea has turned out to be a disaster. The capsule is suppose to be compatible with my Nescafé dolce machine and even the the pod slotted in well, I couldn’t get it out without having to false the lid open and now water leaks all over the work top. Therefor I can’t use my coffee machine now.

First, I don't understand how so many people are "confused" that they received ONE capsule. Yes the photos show multiple items but they do sell more than one, however, I'm stupefied why would anyone advertise a 2'nd generation product and mail the customers the 1st gen'? False advertising seems to not be a thing in the UK.

Complete waste of money. By the time you have filled them could just make a jug of filter coffee. Half of the coffee was just stuck in the cup and wasn't even wet so had not worked very well. Coffee tastes weak and was horrible. By the time I had bought the coffee to put in and the time used it was better value and less hassle buying the pods .

As I have read within other reviews, I did not receive the updated design as per the advertised product. This aside, I wanted to purchase a re-useable pod for the environmental aspect and the cost saving. I ground my own coffee and found by making it too fine the machine cannot generate sufficient pressure to force the water through. When I ground the coffee less, it was OK, but not exactly a spectacular success, manages to make a fairly weak tasting expresso sized cup. Overall, it sort of accomplishes what I set out to do, but the hassle and under whelming result isn't worth it.

Lid hing is quite weak so be careful, don't overfill and try to force it shut.You will only get half a mug each time, unless you like weak coffee.But then the normal pods only give you half a mug too.Easy to tap out the grinds when finished, a quick rinse is then all that's needed.Overall it's worth the money as you get to use your ground coffee of your choice.Plus your saving a fourtune on disposable pods & that is good for the environment too.
