Packaging needs stability.
Product is great. Packaging by sender was put into soft mailing envelope so boxes of tea inside were all crushed or torn apart/mangled. Tea bag’s are usable so no return, or replacement needed, but shipping/delivery packaging needs more stability.

I love this tea, and it is hard to find in a lot of grocery stores. In addition, the price is right!!

Squished box, good tea
This tea is lovely when served very hot with honey after dinner. But its box was stuck in a padded envelope - along with another box of tea - both of which arrived squished. Maybe the tea bags could be packaged in mail-friendly bags? Anyway, that's why I deducted a point.

Great Taste
Due to dietary I am off coffee and am trying hot tea. This is my favorite brand so far. Easy to brew and I kept my Keurig.
