Introduction to Negotiating
Very high level intro for negotiating. Not high level or actionable. I would recommend different reading for more thorough understanding of negotiating.

Great book like all of the series.

Did not meet my expectations.
This audio book did not live up to my expectations. I had just finished reading "Never Split the Difference" and was expecting something similar or possibly a deeper dive on negotiating. The HBR guide was more of an outline of how to negotiate with very little real world examples. I never finished the audio book. I think I got to the 5th chapter and realized it wasn't for me. If you want a really good book on negotiating, I recommend "Never Split the Difference."

Immaturely written, provides basic intuitions one might with no experience negotiating past his summer allowance. Save your money and time on this HBS read.

I am in the profession of liaison and marketing, hence among the many books this also has good tips although not comprehensive but still substantiates to a limit. Packaging , delivery , pricing are all excellent, the seller has kept and maintained high standards of business, what is shown and promised is delivered, what else does any customer want. The paper is not low quality but is recycled and eco friendly chlorine free so don't think the quality is low as it looks a bit rough or cheap but that is the natural texture of good recycled paper. This is what we should embrace.
