This seller has responded to my complaint and non-recommendation by adjusting the refund and refunding me a $13.00+ amount., rather than the $2+ refunded initially. I appreciate their reconsideration.As for the product, it is exact, of good quality, and expediently shipped and packaged. I still maintain that if the product is not used in any way, the restocking fee should not be charged.

useful product
this product took some time to be delivered outside the USA. Nevertheless, it arrived intact and as described. The drain holes seem too small to be effective over time and will likely have to be cleaned at regular intervals to avoid clogging. The light socket extends below the top fitter which may cause some clearance problems.
