It’s worth the $100
I was having horrible skin months, maybe years, red blotchy broken out, dry patches I kept digging at it and it refused to heal or retain moisture. My 30’s were mixed skin but my 40’s were just bad, bag on head horrendous. I bought it on a Sat same day delivery. I’m shocked, near 6 days later I’m writing a review. The dry patches are gone. The breakouts gone. The redness and scars are slower to respond but, I think eventually that will fade as well. If I can ditch makeup I’d call this a complete game changer. My skin did lightly flush initially but it goes away quickly for me. I’m excited to see what a month out looks like. These pictures are a 7 days using the serum post wash twice a day followed by my normal moisturizer. Maintaining my makeup routine. This comes highly recommended by me!

Removed my scar, despite infrequent use
Three years ago, I cut my face right in between my eyebrows. I got left with a 1/4” scar that ran deep, extended my wrinkle and gave me a permanently worried look. It got worse over time. My trusty moisturizer helped everywhere, except for the scar. The need to do something overcame my skepticism about nitric oxide, so I decided to give it a chance. I had no expectations. The instructions recommend daily application. I applied about twice a week. For a couple weeks, there was no change. Maybe a month later I noticed the scar is no longer joined to my eyebrow wrinkle, reducing my angry, worried look. I began applying every other day and after a few more weeks, the scar is now flat and only visible within a few feet distance. By flat I mean no longer deep, almost completely flush with the skin, with a very slightly discolored center. The scar basically shrank in size and almost disappeared optically. My wrinkles also improved substantially. I now believe that the scar will disappear completely with another few weeks of frequent use. I started to apply all over my face and neck, since the minimum dose is large enough. I’m now administering to whoever asks: seniors, youth, children, … whoever has skin damage. The cream itself clogs pores a little so I shower it off at the end of the day. It’s not suitable for wearing light colors as it can stain them yellow. I wish it came in glass instead of plastic. I thought I’d keep my scar for the rest of my life, looking progressively angrier as I age. And yet, here we are - I’ve reversed three years of skin damage. Thank you Dr. Nathan Bryer!

The Jury is Out
I just finished my first bottle. The good news, using it religiously twice a day, one full pump each side, the bottle lasted just over 6 weeks, so a bit more than the advertised 70 applications. At this point, I see moderate improvement in skin brightness and clarity. The product isn’t moisturizing on me, but it isn’t drying either. I see no improvement in dark circles, fine lines or sun/age spots. I purchased my first bottle on a promo at $58. The serum is now up to $77 with a coupon, $120 retail. I am willing to give it another 6 weeks, but without additional improvements, I will not continue spending the $$ on this serum. UPDATE: I used the serum for 6 months. Five Stars for making my complexion bright and clear, eliminating minor red blotching and evening out skin tone. I think my skin looked great. As for fine line reduction, I didn't notice any difference. I stopped using the serum about a month ago and notice that my complexion is slipping back to its previous state. I am on the fence about repurchasing the product. The bottle contains about a 45 day supply, but at the new even higher price, I'm still on the fence about the investment for a nice but not particularly significant outcome.

It works!
This is my no. 1 go-to serum. I have been using it since 2021 and have seen a great improvement in the smoothness of my skin, particularly around my eyes. One morning in 2021, I looked in the mirror and it was like somebody pulled a switch. The delicate skin around the eyes, that had been fairly smooth, suddenly sagged and looked baggy. None of my existing products did anything. Fortunately, I saw a TV commercial for the N1O1 serum and decided to give it a try. Since I am a woman of a certain age, I followed the instructions and began using it twice a day, with emphasis on the eye area. I have sensitive skin around the eyes and on the cheeks. There was, and still is, no irritation. Within about 3 days, there was improvement. The skin looked much more lifted. The whole eye area began to smooth out. In fact, since I was applying the serum over my whole face, my facial skin began to look smoother. Pores looked smaller, and the skin tone was more even. The effect of the serum seems to build over time. I continue to use the serum every day and am very pleased with the results.

Allergic Reaction - No Go
This serum broke my face and neck out with red bumps and itchy skin. I wasn't sure if it was the product so I stayed off of it for a week and then used it one more time. Huge allergic reaction and has caused me to have itchy skin and irritated skin. I do not like this product for me. I ordered it based on a segment shown on DayStar TV. Apparently Joni uses it but I can not tolerate the product.

As advertised
I have been using this product for a couple days. It is important to know that a little bit goes a long way with this serum, I can easily cover my whole face with about half a lump from each side. Also, I had no problems with the pumps like other people have experienced. Besides the price, I like it a lot! I am using mainly on my face currently and I can tell my skin is liking it so far. The vitamin C in the serum does leave a little bit of an orange hue like the back label warns about but it honestly looks more like I have an even and glowing tan. I got this product to help with pores and under eye puffiness. I currently see it is already starting to help with pores and hope it will do the same for the eye puffiness. Thank you for the quality product!

Not for me. Left an orange tint to my skin.
Classic vitamin C scent (not like oranges, but vitamin C serums its how I knew this had real Vitamin C in it. Its a very distinct smell. My skin wasn't too keen on this serum however. I had high hopes; maybe too high really. It eventually started leaving my skin with a slight orange tint. At the time I was using this and just a nightly moisturizer. It was this product that did it. I always test out products in as singualr a way as possible so i can determine how it works on me. This missed all the marks. It did leave my skin soft and smooth. But no other noticable benefits (no smoother skin texture, no decrease in wrinkles or fine lines) This is just an overglorified vitamin C serum, nothing more. Its wasn't even that effective as a vitamin C serum. The only thing it did do was turn my skin slightly orange so I looked like I had a bad fake tab :/ Disappointed over this product. But I tried it and now never have to wonder again. Its not for me. For reference - im a light skin tone (fair/light) I easily (and only) burn in the sun. I cannot tan at all (literally never have tanned its impossible for me) I have normal skin that isn't sensitive to products, no acne (a pimple here and there sometimes) and neither dry or oily skin, its relatively helathy overall. Reddish tone overall (mainly cause blood flow is super noticeable think in terms of full face flushing almost all tue time)

It works / can't afford it now
I listened to a podcast with Dr. Nathan about Nitric Oxide and it was really interesting,so I decided to try the product featured in it. The product itself works and produces results. I'm a male and I noticed my fine lines/smile lines got smoother when I was using it (I bought it twice.) My Fiancee's eyebrows actually starter growing back in too in the areas that were thinner. I'd love to continue using the product, but... I fail to see why the price has gone up roughly 30 dollars since I first bought it. I was thinking "is it because of all the economy crap going on right now?" I honestly don't get it. It just priced outside my means. Great product though!!
