Chair Leg Caps Furniture Felt Pads Furnigear Silicone Chair Leg Floor Protectors for Hard Floor (5/8 inch, 20Pack)

I purchased these protectors for the rotating foot pads that are on the Ikea Franklin folding counter stools. The foot pads are about 1 inch in diameter and are a harder rubber. The silicone part of these pads slipped over them easily and the bottom of the foot fit without any movement. The felt seems thick enough, maybe a little thicker than the stick-on protectors that always fall off. There is a little gap at the top of the silicone cup, which is to be expected since these are made to fit on a cylindrical-shaped chair leg, not a rotating foot at the bottom of that leg.

I purchased these for a hand-me-down set of chairs from my great grandma. Our floor did not want the chairs to slide nicely which would produce the loudest Chewbacca noise it would send our cat skittering out of the room. I will say they do not adhere but they are more of a suctioned foot. They fit our chairs perfectly and were lightly difficult to put on due to the suction effect. Dinner time has been quieter and the cat still begs for human food. To me that is a win-win

These are exactly what we were looking for but they are not quite tight enough and tend to move off the felt pad. Purchased smallest offered but need a smaller size that would fit better

I bought these in January to use on my kitchen stools and was excited to see that they fit fairly well and blended in with the legs of my stools. However, I have constantly needed to reattach them. I even tried putting a dot of glue inside the cup before putting them on the stools and they still come off. The photo show the condition of them after a few months.

We struggled for years trying to figure out something to put on our kitchen center island bar stools. I saw these and so we bought them on Amazon. They are working very well and protect our wood floors. Our stools are heavy black metal so we bought the black color. Fit nicely.

I think they only work if your chair legs are straight vertically, our chair legs are slightly angled and the caps can’t handle normal use. Broke within the first two days.

These fit my chair legs and do slide well on tile. They stay on good. I have only been using a week so I am unsure how long they will last.
