This review is for the Eat Smart Precision 550 Pound Extra-High Capacity Digital Bathroom Scale. Oh my gosh, don't even waste your time looking anywhere else. I bought this in May 2024 for $41 and I am thrilled with it. It was very easy to set up. I weigh around 280 lbs. I'm tired of getting on scales and leaning forward to see the results over my boobs and then my heels come up and the weight changes. Aaargh! This scale is a great size so both of your feet easily fit on the platform. Once it detects your weight, it beeps and the weight lights up and stays there long enough for you to see. No tapping on the scale. You walk up and step on the scale and wait for the beep. It's very accurate (compared to a couple doctor's offices). The lit up numbers are large and very easy to see. Before it arrived I worried it might be too big to fit, but it's only a couple inches larger than standard scales. No big deal. I got the silver; it looks so nice and it's surprisingly easy to keep clean. My husband loves it, too. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I bought for my sister who wanted a scale that she was not afraid to break on her journey towards weight loss. She stated that it works well. The numbers are easy to read and the scale is secure and the looks are simple and it goes well in diverse settings. Consider buying. Great product and reasonably priced.

I purchased this scale in February 2024 and am still using it nearly 2 years later. It has been very consistent for me and seems to be pretty accurate when compared to the scale at my doctor's office. I've had times when I have moved it around, stored it in a cupboard, etc, but when I pull it back out, it still seems to work like a charm. Definitely worth the money.

I really love this scale. I have had ones in the past that have been rated for heavier weights that have fallen short of the mark. With being a bit larger and having numerous health conditions, I am required to keep track of my weight. This scale has been perfect. It has a nice wide platform to be able to stand on it comfortably and it's not like other scales where you had to get on and off a few times to get the correct weight reading... You get on and stand still and it will beep when done. And its the same exact reading if you weigh yourself twice, no second guessing what the correct weight is. This scale is on point each time and I'm so very glad that I bought it.

This is a great scale in so many ways. BUT... it has not been accurate for me. The scale is sturdy and wide. Very easy to step on and off if you have a wide stance and are a bit unsteady. The screen is bright and easy to read. Your weight sets within seconds after stepping on the scale so no need to balance motionless for an uncomfortable amount of time while the device selects a number. A loud beep sequence sounds off once the weight is set so those of us who can't see our feet without bending way over can step off the scale and comfortably view the steady reading. The number holds on the screen for a minute or so giving plenty of time to log it, if charting your weight. For these reasons, I love this scale and give it 5+++ stars. Those are fantastic features for the very obese or disabled person working on improving their health. The scale has been consistent the past 14 months I've had it. No major fluctuations between weigh-ins (unless there are obvious major fluctuations in my body mass, of course.) However, the scale consistently weighs me roughly 35 pds shy of my actual weight. Currently, I should be coming in around 450 but the scale says 415. The scale tested accurately when I stepped on it holding a 20 pd bag of dog food (my weight increased by 20 pds) so points for consistency. I'm beginning a keto WOE this week and decided to purchase another scale for accuracy. However, none of the other scales offered have the other features I love about this scale. This scale has been precise with consistency so for the time being, I'll stick with it and add 35 pds to each weigh in.

I bought these scales back in May at the start of my weight loss process. I don't want to call it a "journey" because it sounds to hipster or whatever. Anyway, I needed something to track my progress, and I needed something that would stand up to my capacity. I was 485 when I started and this scale had no problem taking my weight and not stalling or flaking out like another set of scales that I had. The blue color on the display is nice and makes it easy to read the numbers instead of just a grey background. An underappreciated aspect of the scales that a lot of people won't recognize, but us bigger folks do is the wider platform of these scales makes it easy to stand on these scales comfortably. Really big folks like us tend to have big legs and thighs which makes standing on a narrow platform a little precarious at time, especially when you've got a bum knee. This scale is very stable and offers plenty of room to spread out a bit. Since May, I've lost 130 pounds (about 7 months) and I actually look forward to getting up on the scales to see the progress. Now, the scales didn't actually cause me to lose weight, but they're sturdy enough that I didn't mind getting up on them a lot to stay on top of my progress. For the money, they're a good value. They're much better built than my previous scale and I think I'm going to have this scale for a good long while.

This scale seems well built and measures weight quite consistently if it remains in the position at which it was last calibrated. I haven't yet been able to compare it with my doctor's scale for accuracy, but it appears to be about right. Carrying 16 pounds of dumbbells onto the scale adds exactly 16 pounds to my weight. Calibration is easy and can be done any time to ensure better accuracy but is not necessary every time. The manufacturer recommends not using it or storing it in a place with high humidity. However, it is marketed as a bathroom scale -- bathrooms are humid. I have it located quite close to the shower in our master bathroom that has tile floors. It gets water splashed on it when anyone showers and sometimes when they just dry their hands on the nearby towel. So far, no problems with the humidty. The scale is a good size and works well even for very large people and for people with big feet. Some have complained about the beeping sound it makes each time one steps on it. It's a little bit loud but I do not find it annoying. To switch between pounds and kilograms, on must reach under the scale and press a button of sorts, and, because the scale must be lifted to do that, it also must be re calibrated, which is somewhat inconvenient. I would prefer the button be on the front of the scale.

Been looking for scale up to 250kg. So this is it. Item arrived timely although shipping from US to Singapore. Scale is very accurate. No complain.

The scales are large and sturdy. The readings are consistent and accurate. Disappointed that there wasn’t a choice of colours as the scales are a little dark and don’t blend in my bathroom. Also I was hoping for an option in weighing in stones as well as kg and llbs but sadly not.

It's easy to use and durable. The readout is very visible and it's easy to switch between pounds and kgs. Definitely a good option.
