Love Seeking Health products. I used this prenatal as I am sensitive to Methyl’s. Love the care they put in to quality. I feel this prenatal was also helpful in not worsening my morning sickness. I was on another prior and there’s nothing worse than burping the taste of vitamins. I did not experience that struggle with this prenatal.

I realized a little while ago that although methylated vitamins are usually “better” for absorption, they cause headaches for me. I am so so grateful this company makes a great methyl-free prenatal.

LOVE this prenatal! Doesn't hurt my stomach. Easy to take 2 capsules with my breakfast. I am currently two months postpartum, exclusively breastfeeding, and I notice on the days I don't take these vitamins I struggle with my emotions and low energy. It perfectly supplements a whole food diet without going to the extreme of taking 8 pills. Worth the investment.

This is a great brand and so far the only one that I have found to offer the methyl free version. I can't tolerate the methylated forms so thank goodness I found these.
