I have no trouble swallowing them, but if that is an issue for some, the tablets could be sliced to a smaller size. All in all, I think this is a very good buy for magnesium malate.

The pill is way too large. If I break it in half, it is still too large and gets caught in my throat and can scrape the insides. It is not only extremely unpleasant, but dangerous too. I can manage by taking a knife and slicing the tablet in four or more pieces, but it would have been better if they had just made the tablets the same size as the Centrum Adult Multivitamins.

This is a great product! I chose this type of magnesium because it may draw heavy metals out of the body. But the benefits that I’ve really noticed are better sleep and elimination of leg cramps. I take one tablet with dinner, and I don’t have any digestive problems as with other types of magnesium. The tablets are a bit large but I don’t have any problem swallowing them. Purely Holistic supplements are the best, and customer service is awesome. I am switching all of my supplements to this brand because I trust them, and I can tell they work. I have tried so many things to keep from having horrible leg & foot cramps that keep me awake at night. This is the only one that worked. I take this twice a day or I cramp. Now I can finally sleep.
