Great for our new pantry! A little difficult to install because we were trying to get it accurately in the studs.

I knew the shelves were 3' wide. The wall brackets are also 3' tall. This makes the shelves way too close together to be useful. 3' wide and 4-5' tall would be better with the 4 shelves provided. I purchased different uprights to make it 5 ft tall and used the shelves and the brackets with it. Next time I will probably just go build my own at the big box store.

Great product , but huge short comings .It comes with two 3 foot rails and 4 shelves . Not at all very useful unless you only use 2 of the shelves and don't space them very far apart . Had to buy 2 more shelf rails to even make it possible to get the storage area needed.

Instructions were hard to read, did not come with enough screws and the shelves were bowed so it was near impossible to get shelves onto brackets. Would not recommend.

Shelf’s seem ok if they came with all the parts. No hardware included and just 4 brackets. Had to get some at Lowe’s which cost me another $75. Keep in mind this is four shelves on a 36 inch bar. Definitely not helpful so I had to spend another $50 on more mounting bars. Don’t waste your time ordering. Cheeper just to pick it up all separately

I installed these shelves in my utility closet to store my bulk purchases, some tools, and miscellaneous cleaning things. They’re perfect and so easy to install!

Let's be honest, this is a glorified garment bag. I put mine together and in trying to square it up, 3 of the plastic pieces broke. I called the 800 number included with the packaging and told her exactly what happened and she said, OK just need an address to send out the new parts. No charge, took less than a week to arrive. So, I have replaced the broken pieces, and while it is still not square, it will do what I need it to, which is stand in one place and keep the dust off some clothes I don't often need. If you are looking for a wardrobe, this is NOT the item for you. If you have some out of season stuff, formal wear, etc that you don't often need to access and you have a place to put this and leave it, it will serve you well.

I have an extra bedroom which gives me an extra closet. I put one of these in it and really like it.

Seem to work OK, adjustment can be entertaining with just one person.
