i’ve been using this for compression after cosmetic procedure. The length of the build is longer than many of the other offerings on Amazon, and it covers from the lower rib cage all the way down to the waist, which is definitely a positive. The compression itself is very good and adjustable. The materials are also good, the big problem is the stitching. There’s already multiple stitching and threads coming undone, after 24 hours of use. I really wanted to give this three stars, but decided to give them four stars because as compared to most of the other products in similar categories on Amazon that I have tries...this one is still a lot better in a lot of ways.

I don't know why a won't let me tell the seller I need one size bigger, so I can reorder. I will probly send it back again I need XX-Large and have 34 inch waist for all ya all. So they run small but are great for support

The waist trainer fits snug however the metal supports did break through the stitching at the top and bottom.

This is an amazing product. I'm a taller guy 6'1"" and it covered my entire torso. Worked so well that I have to buy another one that's a smaller size. I love that it has adjustable straps. You can tighten it when your working out or just wear it loose when waling around to bur calories. I also loosen it to eat then tighten it up again after about an hour. Great job 👏

Waist trainer sits comfortably on my other sweat material I use for the gym. Although there is a smelly odor stemming from the material, if you properly wash it, it becomes subtle. The velcro material seems to hold up good. It is not uncomfortable but I recommend to go a size higher if you don’t want to squeeze into the trainer.For exercise sessions, it works functionally fine. But it could be a little more forgiving on the suction in the inner mid area of the stomach.Would recommend for anybody with a bigger gut that wants to use this on top of a slim shaper. But without any clothing underneath it definitely won’t be comfortable at all.

I think this a pretty good product..it does hold your gut in and does give you a sense of back support..you can move around and exercise in it but certain movements will cause the bottom straps to slide below the bottom sometimes..
