Q: Why does the nutritional info label show iron as an ingredient?

I checked the label carefully, but mine does not show iron as an ingredient; however, under “Fruit & Vegetable Blend” they list Spinach and Kale which have iron (though I’m not sure about Kale). I assume that’s why your label might say so (mine does not).

Q: Anyone know if this company (since they changed their name) still make pesticides? Bummed but this isnt natural.

Q: How large are these vitamins compared to the size of Ibuprofen?

We use Size 0 capsules, which are smaller than regular capsules. They are 0.85 inches long by 0.30 inches wide (21 x 7 millimeters). Most people find that they go down quite easily with a big gulp of water. However, if you have trouble swallowing, you can easily open the capsule and sprinkle the powder onto your food or drink. Mixing the powder with a thick liquid such as yogurt, applesauce, or a smoothie works best.

Q: Why is this iron free?

Iron helps build muscle mass and healthy blood. Teen bodies do this at a faster rate, so they need more iron than adults. Teen girls need more iron than guys, especially once they start menstruating, which increases iron loss.
