Hard plastic and durable. It takes effort now to lock my windshield into place. It isn’t going anywhere!!!

These are hard plastic as the reviews say. And I didn't think to read them before ordering them, so that's on me. So that being said, 2 worked great for the bottom pivotal points and the other two were far too big a round so I got my battery powered drill and a 9/64 bit and routed the inside down until it just barely snapped into the top catches of my Road King windshield. Problem solved. If you are a Biker and not just a "R.U.B.Y.", and and actually know how to work on your making it yours, not buying them customized, you'd figure these kind of things out instead of crying about it.

These are rigid plastic and my Harley Davidson windshield bracket would not fit. The inner diameter of the bushing is too large and there's no way to make it work. If they were rubber it would probably squeeze over, but being plastic, there is absolutely no give.

I used the lower ones and kept the uppers for spares

They went on and in place in just a few minutes. They need Tobe broken in a little. Tight fit with the windshield.

Just what I needed. No problems with the grommets. Fit the windshield mounts perfect.
