Aye if you are looking for a natural detox this is the route to go. I recommend being at home all day after brewing this into a tea. It’s natural and works better than store bought laxative in the stores if you ask me!!!

This works, though I'm sure your mileage may vary. The taste of cascara bark is the most awful bitter you'll ever willingly consume. The best way to take for me is to down it while holding my nose, then chase it immediately with cocoa. Something about the chocolate works like nothing else to eliminate the flavor. I drink every night before bed when constipated.
