Overall, we're satisfied.
The device arrived quickly and on time. Despite its high quality, and not being cheap, it does have some flaws.1. Unfortunately, you can't place cups on the lower bowl. You have to remove it. Then it drips onto the table.2. The water tank isn't very secure and wobbles a bit. It would be good if the container also had a small attachment at the top.3. The waste container is small. You have to empty it more often, but that's not a big deal.

Convenient and great coffee
This is our third machine. We have purchased one each time we moved to a new country and this one is purchased specifically for my husband’s office. No complaints. Super easy to use and the coffee is perfect every time.
