I have found this machine is easy to use and it produces really good Latte, Americano and Espresso. I was trying to decide between this machine and the next model up. As I am the only coffee drinker in my house I went for this one because it's cheaper and I thought it looked better and had a slightly smaller footprint. The only real difference between the two machines is the size of the milk container and the larger one has a few more options that I don't need. I was concerned that some people say you have to clean this every time you make a drink, but you can make several coffees one after the other (if you have more people who want coffee), you just add the right amount of milk to the jug for each one. You do need to clean it after each session though, but I just take the milk jug apart and risne everything under the tap, it take about 30 seconds. Once or twice a week I put the parts in the dishwasher. The larger version holds more milk and you can put the container in to the fridge if you don't use it all, but you would still need to clean it freqently and it is the same process. Sometimes the milk froth vanishes a bit quickly, but I think that is down to the temperature and type of milk we use. The speed of heating, ease of use and quality of coffee are all excellent for the price. One feature that I think is good is that you can adjust the pre-set dispensing volumes to suit your cup sizes. Overall, I think that, if you are usually making one coffee, but sometimes make more than one, then this machine is perfect; if you usually make more than one milk-based coffee at a time, then it might be worth spending the extra money on the larger version. So far everything is working well and looks and feels to be good quality, the instructions were excellent and it was easy to put together.

Really happy with my purchase. It does everything it was intended to do. The most important part is that it’s easy to use and easy to clean. There is no major issues with dripping after use either. I was a little hesitant and not sure which model to buy. Glad I chose this one as it’s just perfect.

Milk container to fiddly and inefficient. Had two weeks and changed to a SMEG bean to coffee machine

This machine makes good coffee and I’ve been very happy up until recently when the milk system stopped working. I have followed the maintenance regime and descaled with nespresso descaler when the machine advised to do so. I now don’t know how to return the item as the local agent won’t recognise the product for warranty purposes. Money not well spent

The machine works ok but its a negative having to clean the milk container after each use.
