I like it , the oven is fast as well

I purchased this on 10th May 2022, received delivery on 12th May 2022, got it installed after 2 months. And on 11 May 2023 we observed the "burner" which is made to burn has melted. We called their service centre and they said since warranty has expired they can't do anything. Surprised to hear that this cooker cannot cook things for one year atleast!!!! And gets melted.Do not buy this ...it's a waste of money.

After reffering the existing reviews , I was some kind of reluctant to buy this item but considering the Amazon Best Sellers Rank (BSR) i have opted(took chance) to buy this and the delivered product is excellent and very good. I felt Amazon team would need to improve kind of communication process , as i was trying to communicate the order product need to do GIFT WRAPPING but customer care executive are giving different response at the end Amazon team was not able to execute my request about GIFT WRAPPING and customer care mail was giving continuously error message . Apart from this Product is GOOD

The product quality is consistently outstanding

Its been only 15 days of using and burner color fades away-inside oven, trays are very hard to take out- it takes too long sometimes to on the stove

Oven/Grill flame goes off after 40 seconds, contact numbers for support/assistance not working. Not a good buy. Total waste of money. Do not buy this if you intend to use the oven/grill. There’s a sign to not use oven and grill at the same time, but the flame does not stay without turning the knob of the other, when you turn off the other knob, the flame goes out too. User manual is not useful either, it’s generalized for other models.
