This was my first time that I purchased Melatonin after understanding it's benefits via an American Doctor's video on You Tube. I used it to regulate my sleep on 14-16 hour long haul flights and it worked well. On one flight, I slept 9 hours straight. Overall, I am happy with the product but would use it sparingly for flights only and not for daily use, as developing a natural body clock for sleep is better.

I've tried lots of melatonin brands, but this one is away better than others, very good and effective.

It is really strong. Working very well, just start to use from half tablet . 10 mg is a really strong, u will have a wish to sleep for more then 12 hours :))))

I took 1 pill at 03:10 am and waited for it to work but felt nothing. Took a second pill at 05:50 am and still feeling nothing. Instructions says to take it 20 minutes before bedtime but it’s been 3 hours and still nothing.

Really good product enriched with B-6 which supports the body s natural production and melatonin, and a bit of magnesium too. Arrived superfast and it works really well.

Did nothing at all, I regret this purchase.

I bought this product because of the reviews, I am on Letrozole because of cancer and one of the side effects is insomnia; I tried other Melatonin pills and they will help me fall sleep, but will wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. Since I am taking Natrol Advanced Sleep Melatonin, I not only go to sleep, but I stay sleeping all night and wake up to my alarm. Best yet, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I can go right back to sleep. Best thing that has happen to me since being diagnosed with cancer 2 months ago.

I never write reviews but I'm excited to write one for this product. For the past six years I've been having sleep problems. I fall asleep fine but wake up after 4 hours like clockwork. Then I'm awake for 2-3 hours and usually fall back to sleep around the time that I need to wake up. I've tried melatonin before and tried prescription drugs once but nothing has helped. I decided to try this product since it has a higher dosage and it's time released. Last night I took 1 pill around 11pm and woke up this morning at 6:47am. I was so confused when I looked at the clock because I'm so accustomed to it showing a time of 3-4am. Crossing my fingers that it works again tonight.
