Most useful blade
I have had a Benriner mandoline for years now, and stupidly I managed to drop my pack of blades down between two cabinets in my kitchen, where they will be unretrievable until the kitchen is completely remodeled. I came looking to replace my entire unit as it is useless without blades and found this one, which is the one I used for 95% of my usage on this mandoline. It fit perfectly (I have a green one) and it works as well as the original. Saved me lots of $s by not replacing the entire unit. Very satisfied.

Great Replacement
I bought a Benriner many year ago, and the blades is unusable anymore. I was not sure the replacement would match. So I gave it a try, it turns out to be perfectly match. The blade quality is much better than the old one. I wish they would explicitly state which models the blade matches. It seems they have only two models now, so it is not difficult to mention it.

I got this as a replacement and it works great. Better than buying a new set. The old blade lasted years. It was time to get a new one. the value was good. I would buy again

Its a great mandolin blade
Its a great mandolin blade. Accidentally turned on the garbage disposal with the original blade it it. So I had to buy a new one. I got it in a timely manner. I use this medium blade in my slicer to shred potatoes for hash browns, shred carrots for carrot salad and mince onions for chili dogs. It does a great job. So much so that I won't mess with other brands of mandolin slicers.
