Too small for an adult foot. Doesn’t stay cold for long.

Not even worth the money, it looks cheap and on the first attempt to put it on the velcro started coming undone, it won't even fit around the smallest part of my foot it is so small!The material is all curled over so it won't even stay in place, and no chance of it being able to keep the gel pack on at all.

For a normal size foot it doesn't even reach. Very naff

I get gout around my knee i bought this product thinking it would wrap around my knee..lucky if it fitted around my big toe ...usless .
