Provides an insight on various aspects that are otherwise difficult to measure. e.g. body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone density, body water, etc. Also show these measurements in graphs and where you stand compared to the ideal numbers. You can write your notes for each day to record what you did / ate and what were the results.

The accuracy of weight measurement is alright, and the Bluetooth smart features are nice. However, I find the other vitals (bmi, body fat and such) doesn't really line up with my Samsung watch5 however, and I am not too sure which one is on the more accurate side. Easy to clean with the smooth surface. The readability is also on point, very bild and clear. Overall a very good product.

El equipo trabaja bien, descargar la app no es difícil, pero puedes usarlo sin la app, pero no le sacas todo el provecho. Buena relación precio-calidad. Muy recomendable.
